Small Spaces by Sarah Epstein

Today I read Small Spaces by Sarah Epstein, i am not sure if the title of the book fits the story but i look forward to finding out. I like this book because its about a girl who goes missing and then got found in a different city in the woods but she never spoke again. and i am not sure what the author is trying to teach us because im not that far though the book. this book aimed to teens, my faverite characters are Malory, Sadie and Morgan. my least favourite characters are aunty ally and Rachel

Short Division 2018

Mcleans Island 2 Day Event

Last Weekend I Went to A Horse Competition And it Was spread out through out 2 Days Dressage & Showjumping and on Sunday It Was Cross Country I Rode Two Ponies Galaxy Allstars AKA  Pluto And Dreamtime Jazz AKA Jazz. In the Dressage I got a score of 47.70 on Pluto witch put me in 22ND place out of 32. on jazz I Got A score of 42.59 which put me in 18TH Place out of 32. IN the show jumping I got 2 Rails (4 Penalties for each Rail) But I Stayed in the same place. and on jazz I went clear and moved up two places so I was 16TH. The next day was Cross country My Faverite. I went first on Pluto and got a refusal at the water jump but clear over rest of them. Jazz was an angel and flew over them. At The End I Placed 16TH on Pluto and 9TH on Jazz...

Growing Healthy Bodies

Over the past couple of week we have been looking into why food healthy and why things are unhealthy We Had A health nurse to come in and talk about sugar in drinks this is what I found out. 

If you want To burn the calories and sugar in a bottle of coke you have to run a marathon

This week we had do describe
this photo using,
See, Hear, Smell, Taste, Feel

The taste of candy floss feeling
like a sweet sensation in my mouth.
The popping of the buttered popcorn
exploding in my stomach.  

The Ferris wheel turning putting
me in a tragic coma feeling dizzy.
I see the drop ride, I enter, already feeling sick.
The seat belts getting jammed onto my lap.

123… DROP I feel like my whole insides
shot out my head !

I find myself enchanted when I see

the sky a gradient painting blending
into the fairgrounds. I rush over to the snow
cone store filling the ice cone
with colourful madness  the taste
of the syrup trickling down my throat.

Wearable Arts 2k17

For Wearable Arts this year I worked around colour.

 The theme for this year was festivals around the world and

we chose the Holi festival because it stands out from others. 

 Holi is a Hindu spring festival celebrated in India and Nepal,

also known as the "festival of colour". This celebration was first

done in 1933. Our custom is made out of horse ribbons for the  

headpiece, tie dye curtain fabric for the saree  with a wonderful coloured 

arm peice. all put together to be  amazing the hardest part was tye dyeing,

it was a drama. It took so long to dye and set but the finished product is 

fabulous. I made the saree well but I would put more effort in

to my book work and my saree. I didn't think though that my flowers 

will come off when I walk so I had to take them off.
